Any way to get stock android?

Im wondering if there is a way to get stock android i got s4 at bell is there way to wipe the phone and get stock 4.3 on it at all i dont like all bell apps and samsung.

Yes, you need to install another ROM such as the Google Edition ROM. All the information you will need is available in the All Things Root sub-forum here. Don't expect a different ROM to make a lot of difference though. I tried the Google Edition ROM and felt exactly the same except it was missing a few features.

Installing alternative ROMs isn't that hard but be careful and make sure you know what you are doing before you start. You can make a real mess of your phone if you make a mistake.

This is yet another example of why you should put your carrier in your profile, or at least mention it in your post. There are far many versions of the S4, so depending on your carrier the answer will be different.
