Any way to keep shortcuts in folders alphabetically sorted?

This is how I drag and drop sorted my icons into alphabetical order (how I prefer it):

Randomly they restore to what I'm guessing is installed-date order (oldest to newest):

I have downloaded AppZorter Lite and it does sort apps from the App Screen perfectly, and they stay alphabetical, but these home screen folder icons aren't behaving. Appreciate any help!
