Root Any way to recover /emmc?

So I have NO idea how but while flashing a rom and wiping /data a few times and the rom failing to boot I go back to the nandroid I had just made before that, and I did NOT format the /emmc, yet when I boot back up it tells me I have NOTHING in my internal sd anymore, and half my apps were installed there. So I go to market, get Titanium Backup and restore missing apps with Data. 39 apps were reinstalled but it kept asking me to replace application. I think they were all there but idk. I noticed when I went to manage applications beforehand, and over to internal memory tab, it shows all the apps as a weird greyed out sd card symbol, and all the names were com.android something they all had their actual data names not the app names. Which confused me. It shows all those apps still there, but shows my internal sd is completely empty in file managers and manage apps. I have a screenshot of what it looks like but I'm on mh phone don't know how to put it up. Is there ANY possible way to find out why it was formatted? Any other time I formatted data before it didn't format emmc as well, I used that zip Leslie made for formatting system, sata, and cache tho. Maybe that's it? I have all my apps again thanks to titanium backup but I have NO data for any of them on my internal sd anymore anf I really need it back. All my pictures from Quickmemo are gone as well. :(

I've wondered what that partition is. Didn't format it but always wondered if i was supposed to when doing a ROM install.

I believe partition number 14 gets mounted as the fake internal SD card and this is the emmc. It doesn't matter if you format it, but you better make sure that all your ROMs or backups or whatever you're flashing is on the External SD because emmc would be your internal.

Sounds like something went corrupt with the /data/app directory. I've had similar things happen to me when either the SD card doesn't mount when I've move apps to SD via system setting or when I've had apps moved to SD and then went and tried to restore a backup.

Emmc does wipe your Internal sd. Made that mistake myself. The phone thinks the programs are installed but can't find them on internal sd. That's why they still show in applications but have weird icon.

There is no way to unformat emmc so you'll have to go thru and uninstall them so phone stops thinking they are somewhat there so you can reinstall them.

I got em reinstalled with Titanium Backup. I just wanted my stuff back from the internal Memory that I lost. I'll be putting everything on my external now. I know emmc is the internal one, I just have NO clue how it got formatted at all, I didn't use any commands to format that one and didn't use the format /emmc option in cwm recovery, and that pre rom flash wipe zip thing didn't do it. So I'm clueless as to what did. Is the /data from the nandroid supposed to restore what was on the internal sd as well? I thought it was supposed too.
