Any way to see what apps use 3G?

I have a mobile data subscription for 200 Mb per month. I installed already 3G watchdog to monitor that I do not go over that limit. However, for some reason, the data usage goes pretty fast. Is there any app or widget that shows what applications are using the 3G data connection?
 
Turn off friend stream, twitter, facebook and email for starters! Set them all to manual on update frequency
