Help Any way to transfer the background files?

Is there any sort of simple way to transfer background files from one phone to another? Here is my dilemma: my current phone has access to my Irish bank account. The app doesn't appear where I live now (UK), which I know is easily solved, but then I run into another issue if I set it up on my new phone the normal way: I no longer have an Irish phone number which it would need to verify the app. Thus it'd be best if it is possible to transfer the whole set up from one phone to the other so it'd still all work there.

Is this possible?

It's possible with root access and Titanium Backup.

Sorry, but without rooting the phone, I fear the answer is NO.

I use MyBackuPro and asked the seller the same question -- because I wanted to transfer config files (account, wireless, etc) from one phone to another -- and was told without root access, it could not be done.
