Help anybody else having these problems?

Ok so I've had my a200 since April and I love it. But I've been having some problems with it. 1 is that I can't go into sleep mode for very long without it shutting off
2 is that it frequently freezes when rebooting causing me to restart it again
I was just wondering how to fix it if it was possible

Try a factory reset to see if that helps
