Help Anybody get google sky map to work?

Hi guys
Been trying to use google sky map in my phone but I cant get it to rotate left right.. in other words, my up down works fine but when i rotate phone in left right direction, sky map does not recognize and will stay in one position or randomly scatter somwhere incorrectly. I have tried calibrating my compass a million times, I've downloaded compass app and it points north correctly. Anybody else have this issue with Google Sky Map on their indulge?

i cant get GPS to work and the compass is always out of wack

I had it working on my phone. Could actually see all the stars. Only catch is I wasn't sure if what I was looking at on the phone was what was actually above me. Lol I'm not good with astronamy.

Works fine for me in both autorotate and manual mode.
