Hey I was just wondering if anybody was using cron, to set up scheduled tasks on their droid 2? I set it up following this link, imoseyon

My question is, I have a few daily scheduled tasks but they only seem to work if my screen is on or I have recently messed with my phone. ie if I have a daily reboot set for 6 45 am, it will not do anything because I have not recently been on the phone, But if i access the phone right before or after any scheduled task it will work without fail.
Just wondering if anybody had any ideas?
