Anyone check out Fede's (guy who makes LPP) Music app? UPDATE: Alpha 4 released Widget/Playlist

if your rooted, you can get autostarts, and that would probably do it. you can disable the trigger (which is what i guess is causing this).
 
Moved thread to Android Application Forum as the app is not DX specific :) The music app looks cool but it's missing too much for me to replace PowerAmp...also I am not a Fede fan.
