Help Anyone dropping calls

due to erratic and poor signal strength? I have googled poor reception and there are many having the same problem but with no solution. I did reboot and it was good for a few hours. The signal strength varies between 78-105dbm in the same spot in my house. I have 2 VZW towers in opposite direction both about 2 miles apart. My wife's phone (HTC VZW) always has a great signal as my older Motorolas did, so it is definitely in my phone. I've also got the latest update.

Thanks in advance for any help.:)

I was having dropped call issue as well. But come to figure out it was due to me disabling the stock email app. Since I hav enabled it back I have not had any dropped calls plus my phone calls out faster as well. Before while it was disabled I was lucky if my calls lasted longer than 5 minutes. Hope this helps I have the boost mobile variant of the moto g.

I have no idea why email would interfere with phone but I did sync some things. I never used the stock email app but will see if syncing will help.

Thanks! :)

Ya I don't know either but I personally haven't had a issue since. Hope it works for you as well. And that I am not the only lucky one to fix this issue.

Another good tip is if your having service issues try turning on airplane mode wait till it says you have no service then turn off airplane mode this will force your phone to reconnect to the cell tower
