I've installed Basix on 2 phones. I've never had an issue with the software, it's just amazing and works flawlessly, however I've been experiencing the same issue with both phones (sometimes).
Once in a while when I install an app, usually if the phone is less than 20% battery, my phone gets very hot and stopped responding.
(this is usually when my problems start) I try not to do anything and wait patiently but usually about 15min later I end up pulling the battery. Mind you, I do everything I can to cool off the phone with a fan.
Than Basix never loads, it goes to the Basix splash screen (loader) and the wishing star just keeps going round and round and round...
usually I end up loading Basix all over again and going through an hour of loading apps. What can I do to prevent this and not re-install Basix or make it reboot properly.
