I'm in Boston MA and it's taking a very long time for even mobile websites to load comletley on my Note 3 using Boat Browser if they load at all.

Everything appears to be back to normal now.
Did you find out if it was a local issue, or network wide?

Had the same thing to me but started last night but seems to be fine right now.The network was slow as molasses or wouldn't want to respond at all.

I have seen my LTE speeds cut in half lately, but other than that.. I haven't noticed anything

If it's a local issue, you may expect tower upgrades! It happened to me and I finally have lte at my doorstep! Woohoo!!!!
