I just realize that as long as i am installing an apk not downloaded straight away from the built-in Play market my phone will give this error message. The unknown source option has already been ticked on and phone is rebooted several times it still does the same all the time.
Very interesting that any topic about this from internet saying the message should be "There is a problem parsing the package". But our Moto G says "There WAS a problem parsing the package". So I would guess this might be specified to this G-phone?
Just for curiosity, when i used Samsung galaxy before, i didn't know since when, there would be an option prompted for a choice of one of two installers to use. In that case either one will install the apks without any problem. Since this is a Google phone, running pure Android, there yet been any option like that for me to choose. I am not an expert I just wonder does this have anything to do with the non-Play-market downloaded apks? Do I need to install any installer from the Play market before that I can install any apk that downloaded anywhere else? Have tried a few of them, still the same error. Where to go now?
Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

1. install google drive on the phone, for Moto G you dont have to do it as it's builtin.
2. upload your apks to the google, either through PC or mobile client.
3. install the apks from google drive.
4. enjoy!
A bit long way and waste of internet traffic to do it, but it works!
