Anyone get one from Best Buy?

Has anyone had success with Best Buy yet? I ordered my 32 gig gray on 7/17 and did ship to store since that's all it would let me do. When I ordered, it said it would be ready on 7/23. Got an email on 7/18 saying it it was almost ready to pick up. Today I got an email saying that it was delayed. I called customer service and the lady had no idea where the thing is or when it would be available. Anyone else had luck getting one at BB or had similar trouble?
 
ordered mine from BB in-store last week and i should be in @ the store on Thursday. hope it is not delayed
 
I ordered mine from Best Buy on 7/20 and received it yesterday. Shipped to my home, not to the store. 32GB Grey model.

So far, I love it.

Can I ask where you live? I'm near Boston, MA. When I ordered mine, it wouldn't let me ship to my home so I had to do ship to store.
 
I also live in Cleveland. I ordered mine last Wednesday (18TH) from bb. Followed the same email order as you. But i got mine a day early. Sorry amigo. If it makes you feel any better those ppl at bb.com have NO CLUE what they are doing!
 
Mine was due to arrive in store last Thursday but i got an email on Tuesday that it was in, to bad i could not get there till Wednesday. loving it so far.
 
I ordered one from Best Buy on July 30thand received it and received it August 2nd shipped to my home - (Florida).
