Help Anyone getting a line on lower half of the screen?

Every now and then I get a flickering line on the bottom half of my screen. It goes away, but I'm seeing it more often now. Is it the apps causing this? When it happens it looks like static line you get on a television trying to tune in.

Happened to me once or twice an hour when I got my n7. Hasn't happened once since I flashed _motley's linaro-optimized kernel.

I have this issue! It kind of flashes in and out. I have it on the top, middle, and lower areas

I am also seeing this phatom black line, I am wondering if the video cable is at fault, however its hard to pin down to certain app I am using or process, its very intermittent and I havent seen it for a couple of days.
