Help Anyone got K-9 Mail working on X with LED notifications changed?

any X owners have the K-9 Mail app installed on their X and fully functioning?

What I mean is - have you been able to assign a custom LED color to each email account you have and have it stick and work when an email comes into that account?

I had a Cyan for Gmail and Purple for one pop3 email notification working briefly earlier today - however when I tried to add a second pop3 account with a different color LED notification - everything seemed to stop working.

I ended up uninstalling K-9 and I'm about to start over from scratch but would like to hear from anyone successfully running K-9 and having various colored LED notifications for each email account.

I tested this earlier and it works fine. I changed the Notification LED color to green, sent an email and get blinking green. Then changed it to pink, sent an email and got blinking pink.

Haven't tried it with 2 accounts yet.
