Help anyone got this wifi problem?

I too have the same problem... I will try the code mentioned above but thats not a permanent solution I guess... Is there a permanent solution for this
 
Hi there, im from Mexico and im having this same issue with the Wifi, for me this usually happens when I turn on the wifi, use the connection for 1 hour or so and turn off the wifi. When I want to turn it on again it shows the "error" message in the Wifi settings screen.

I use the samsung
 
i've had my phone 2 days and already had this, i'll try the code next and and hope the bug is fixed in the net fw update xx
 
I have had my ace for about a month now, and does this all the time. I cannot get a replacement, but I can get it sent to be repaired. Will it actually get fixed if I send it away. My phone also turns itself off randomly, even when it has full battery!!

Any ideas?
 
It usually happens when i try to access facebook app or gmail app without turning wifi on. Once i do that, i have to re-start the phone to get wifi running. Is that the case with every one?

dont send it away for repairs its a problem with froyo.
restarting solves the prob temporarily

its every 3rd time i try to switch it on mine will show error.

the problem has been resolved with gingerbread. :)
 
hey...even i got the same problem,but earlier when i have restarted the phone...it worked...
but now...its now working....

"network error " is being displayed :(

Awesome - hooray - thanks - and I thought I would have to reset everything. I'venot had the phone long but am now starting to load stuff on it and get used to it - quirks and all - don't suppose you know how to save and reload stuff if not on SD card and have to do a factory reset do you?

I had this problem when i first got the ace with froyo. Even after i got a replacement, that didn't help. I am one of the lucky ones who had his problems go away with gingerbread. But, if you still have this problem, dial:
*#*#526#*#*
