Anyone have a link to the older Motion Rebate form?

A friend bought one recently but didn't think she was eligible for the rebate and the older form isn't on the Metro site anymore. I did a search, but no luck. Thanks.

I was trying to find the rebate form in the forums last night.

I found that one.

I think that's the one BEFORE the one PHP needs. I think he needs the one that ends 3/31, the form After this one.

I didn't know they put out so many rebate forms. I guess that's how they get ya!

For one thing they fairly substantially changed the deal between the two forms.

The first rebate/form this year was good for both new accounts and upgrades.

The 2nd one was only for new accounts.

I didn't know that difference until I was corrected by someone here. I remember that discussion. While the 2nd form was discussed I don't recall anyone posting a link to it off the Metro site like this one for the first form.
