Help Anyone have Facebook Chat heads working on Skyrocket?

Not that I plan on using it beyond playing - but has anyone gotten FB chat heads working?

I go to settings/notifications - but I see no option to turn chat heads on/off as it's been blogged about...

Yeah - I've read reviews from people who have the skyrocket and it works for them. It's not for me. Don't even see the option. Another article stated that as of now - it's account based and not all accounts (FB) have the ability which is why they changed their app description on the play store...
