Anyone have the LG Mobile Support Tool? NEED help

I need to fix my phone and I need the LG Mobile Support Tool to fix it. I tried downloading it from the LG website and the link for it doesn't work. Can someone on here upload it to RapidShare AG, Cham, Switzerland or MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service for me?
