Anyone have to replace under warranty yet?

Hey guys. Picked up this phone a few days ago to replace my iphone 6 plus (hate iOS) . Just wondering if anyone has had to replace their zmax pro under warranty yet. Found a dead pixel on mine and metro claimed they ordered a replacement a couple days ago. Just wondering if they have warranty units yet.

Love this phone so far . I hope root comes soon. Only complaint so far is how giant everything is and the soft glass. The glass on this phone is extremely susceptible to hairline scratches .

Thank you !

I made a thread about the scratches myself a couple weeks back, I believe it's actually some kind of oleophobic coating on the surface of the glass and not the glass itself that's getting scratched easily.

I'm going to try to return this weekend(signal issues) time-allowing.

I do think it's easier to crack, especially given its curve - along with phone thinness. It only took me one week to do this, first time ever.
I also don't like how the screen guard has to be smaller because of the curve.
With the replacement phone I'll try to make a larger laminate.

I'm curious, if you replaced your phone, how the whole process went.
Thanks.

I paid almost $20 for my glass protector. It's the only one I found to cover entire screen even the camera. It has 2 holes ( not slits) to allow ear/ call speaker and it sensor to function unlike the other protectors. Worth every penny cause it's almost 100% shatter proof. I find the protectors with slits that expose the entire camera area still allow the screen to shatter with or without protective case. I found mine on eBay from a US seller and he was the only person at the time that had this quality..

The poster nthall replaced his brick zmaxpro under warranty LOL. IT is in one of his posts. He got lucky the person in the counter did not bother to turn his phone on. Wow.
