Help Anyone having problems receiving MMS?

I received my first three MMS messages today and I can't open them up. When I click on "download", nothing happens. Does anyone have a fix for this, or should I call Metro?

Are you connected to the network, wifi, or no data connection when they come thru?

Also how much memory are they? ask the person on the other end how much memory they are trying to send to you.

Thanks for responding. I was able to get the messages TODAY! Not sure what went wrong.
