Help Anyone having trouble with Youtube via Wifi?

Sound will play fine, but the picture won't load, and I have a full wifi signal, hell, I'm barely 10 feet from the router. Yet if I use 3g, it works just fine. So, I'm very confused.
 
I have an issue where netflix app interferes with you tube if you open the netflix app youtube will not play videos I deleted the netflix app because I never watch many movies on my phone
