Anyone know how to add reboot recovery option in power menu for 7.0 lg

Hey I would like to add to stock 7.0 rom a reboot recovery option to power menu
Only problem is I have searched everywhere
For a guide and I have found plenty
Just not for lg ,and not for 7.0 .!
Can someone please direct me ib the right place
And please dont ask me to just use xposed that's like cheating to me

Is this for the lg style 2? I can't find lg 7.0 any where as a device.

Are you rooted? Are you just trying to update your phone? Does it boot up? What happened, if anything happened?

The more info you give us, the better we're can help.
 
If you are Rooted, like @ocnbrze mentioned, you could use ROM Toolbox Pro. They have a Reboot widget that was absolutely excellent & giving you every reboot option in existence, similar to custom ROMs
 
I want to put it in myself permanently in the framework and services.jar but I just. Can't find any info for lg 7.0 also i am using the stylo 2 plus
 
I don't want to use closed or any other app to help I feel like its cheating if I actually want to learn and do the work !
 
so i still do not know what 7.0 lg is. are you trying to build a custom rom? an application? this maybe the wrong forum for that.

I'm thinking he wants to rebuild the framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk in order to naturally have it inset. @OP, the two apps I named will most likely be where you'll wanna look. I believe reboot options are listed in SystemUI, and you'll have to make appropriate changes in framework-res to keep things straight & prevent FC. Are you just customizing a stock ROM or changing custom ROM source?
 
Modding the services.jar
And framework.app with apktool
I kinda know where to put everything ( the extra lines of code )
But my problem is
1. Can't find any mod for this for lg phones
A. Like htc ,samsung, every brand is different in that, some files are in different places
Herein lies the dilemma of why I can't find a proper guide to mod these files

Have you looked in SystemUI.apk?
