Root Anyone know how to disable the "no longer notify" thing when swiping away notifications?

It gets really annoying when I'm trying to get rid of a bunch of notifications and I have to open up each one. Screenshot is included of what I mean.

You are swiping the wrong way. Swipe the opposite direction and it won't come up. I had the same confusion for the first couple days

It is aggravating I know. It shouldn't matter which way you swipe. The menu allowing you to block an app from showing notifications is supposed to be accessed by long pressing on the notification not swiping from right to left. The Dev that themed the notification drawer and quick settings should be fired.
////end rant////

With that said, if you swipe from left to right and that still shows up then you are swiping too quickly and not swiping far enough. If you try to flick the notification too quickly it will go in the opposite direction for some reason and that's when you get that annoying "no longer notify" option.

I agree, it is really annoying to accidentally trigger the "No longer notify" option when getting rid of notifications. It should at least be configurable if they're going to change the way you block notifications.
