Anyone Know How to Rename Starred Items in Google Maps?

I did a few Web searches but came up bupkis..... I would really love to be able to rename them "home", "work" etc.

click on 'my places' then the starred location (list on left side). then click 'edit' and rename whatever. This is on a pc, however. Don't have phone handy, but shouldn't be too different.
