Help anyone know how to reset spc code

i sent my phones off for repair twice now cause metro cant actvate them and i find out why the spc code wont work.. so called samsung and they want me to send in for repair again for third time (rather not) so does anyone know of a way to reset the spc code? if i have to root i will thanx

you cant reset your SPC, thats the service code for your specific phone. Your MEID and and SPC are both connected and you cant change it like you would a phone number
