Root Anyone know how to root this device?

I cant work out how to root this device (Was brought of ebay a few years back) most software just turns it off and never turns it back on and just says fail

The picture is basically the only information i have I have no real knowledge about it.it also says droppad a8 by frag company when it loads up

If your talking motorola droid a855 with stock 2.1 android, I rooted mine using z4 root
