I keep seeing this icon on my son's phone, anyone got any idea what app it is for?

I'd wondered whether it might be Pokemon-related. I'd have expected a light semicircle to complete the central button if so, but if it's a tiny notification icon there may not be enough pixels to draw that. But as I've never installed Pokemon Go or anything like that I can't really say.

Good suggestions, but thats not it, i thought it was for social media or a chat site, but can't seem to find anything online. Teenagers are soooo frustrating
