Anyone know what's happening?

I got this image on my phone where there are all these squiqqly lines of different colours and my phone becoming unresponsive. The first time it happened the I was just using my phone like normal. The second happened after trying to reboot after going down from uhlps to lpi (neat rom). Each time I had to unplug my battery and restart. I'm concerned that I might brick my phone sooner or later.

Edit: Now for some reason I can't leave CWM. I can't reboot my phone at all. Someone please help me.

Edit 2: I couldn't do anything else so I repeatedly installed the neat lpi zip until I was able to reboot. Now I've managed to get into a boot loop. What do I do to get out of this boot loop. I've never experienced one before.

Edit3: working. But I'm worried this will happen again...

If you are in a bootloop the usual method for fixing this is go into CWM and wipe you cache partition and you dalvik cache (found under the "avanced").

Let us know when you are able to boot normally and then we can see what you need to do from there.

I managed to get it to work. I'll wipe cache next if this happens.
