I got my note 2 usa sprint version 2 days ago. I was using samsungs kies vs 1.5 for my old epic 4g the first one and worked fine. went to samsung website and downloaded the newer version 2.5 and i tryed to install it on my windows vista 64bit. the installer keeps first trying to install then says it has to uninstall the older version. then after it supposedly does that it say it needs to upgrade. then say again needs to uninstall older version. this goes on over and over again. and never installs. Just repeats the same thing repeatedly. Ive tried software to completly wipe out and remove the older version and try to reinstall 2.5. same thing. I even reinstalled 1.5, opened it up and tryed using it with the note2 and it wont reconize it. Any help would be appreciated.
Till then im stuck just using doubletwist airsync. or pulling my ext sd card out and transferring files. When i just plug the phone in usb for mts mode it cant find the drivers for it and wont recongize the phone. in mass storage mode.
