How to remove searched keywords on the Transformer? Say I'm searching for "subject A" and then words for "subject B" automatically show up because its been searched before?

I hope you know what I mean, its that list of "autocomplete" words that the transformer thinks you're searching for.
 
What app are you using? Android browser, Dolphin, etc. or the Google search in the upper left corner of the home page?
 
Open Android Browser, open Menu (4 lines in upper right hand corner), select Settings, select Privacy & Security, select Clear form data under Form data area. If that doesn't work, try Clear cache at the top of this page. That's really the only "auto complete" options available in Android Browser.
