Anyone popped in a higher class micro SD card?

My phone personally came with a class 4... I have heard some others came with a class 2. Anyhow, has anyone thrown in a class 10 or any other classes?
If so, do you notice a difference? Would it be worth it?

Thanks

I find the phone fast as is and don't really need anything faster for the SD card, but I am curious.

I think the speed will be noticeable when retrieving stuff off the SD Card, pics, music, stored apps, etc. I wish they had stuffed 4X or better for the extra price we paid to get this Flagship Phone...

i replaced mine with a class 6 and it does seem a bit more responsive. Wasn't there something about some charges having class2's and some having class 4's? It may explain why some people seem to have more problems with lag than others.

I'm in the class 2 category. I'm going to be ordering a class 10 sometime, but I've gotta get the reception issues worked out before I jump on that grenade.

My phone came with a class 4, and I am running a Kingston Class 10 32gig. Its a very noticeable difference. Especially when using the camera and camcorder. Multimedia is where you see the biggest gain, but also yes recovering from sleep mode makes a difference. I have to use a lot of multimedia being I'm an ER Physician. Downloading, uploading, taking the images and videos all are improved greatly by upgrading. Also backing up takes half the time as it did on a class 4.

Most manufacturers d'n't recommend recording HD video, or HD images on anything less than a class 6 card. Our phones record HD at 720p. So simply following those guidelines for our phone you need at least a class 6. I run a class 10 and the difference is noticeable.

I'm running an ADATA 32gb class 10 and I notice a huge difference over my SanDisk 32gb class 4

Are A-Data, PNY or Wintec cards any good? Class 10 cards made by these makers can be bought for less than $70. If anyone knows any better prices please let us know.

Class 2, and I notice when I go to add a shortcut to an app on a homescreen, it takes a VERY long time for the list of apps to come up. Would a faster card make this process speedier?

I bought a Sandisk 16GB class 4 micro sd card from Newegg for $27 and free shipping. It replaced the Samsung 32GB class 2 card that came with the DC. It made a big difference in 2 areas.
1 - Displaying apps in the app drawer. Now instantaneous.
2 - Camera. The save to the card used to take about 2 seconds. Now seems instantaneous.

I bought the card to speed up the camera save but everything else is MUCH faster too.
Since I only used 5GB of the 32GB card that came with it I couldn't see spending $75 for a 32GB. With the 16GB card I still have 10GB left.

Hope this helps.
