yeah sorry I saw that after I had posted, not sure what is up with that. But I did find the Beta 3 version over at xda forums. I downloaded and it is working great so far, and fixed most of the bugs I was having.

You're prob onto something there, [I'd just checked before I read your post], it was clocked at its max of 1192, ondemand. Manu1.4.
I've dropped it down to 1000, its been stable all day
