Help Anyone unlock it and try it on AT&T?

On the T-Mobile website, and several other websites, it said that the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S II, would have the AT&T Bands for 3G/4G..., this was also said to be the case for the LG G2X, and was found to be false...Wondering if anyone has tried it, and if it has worked .

I haven't done it myself, but someone on XDA did it. Unlock phone, and it works well. Well as far as AT&T is concerned with their speed. I think he was getting like 2MBPS down max.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. I don't want to take it to AT&T now, but it's always good to know, I can jump ship and not HAVE to buy a new phone, as long as AT&T still offers HSPA+.
