Anyone unlocked got JB yet?

I have got the French unlocked (unbranded) version via Odin and it is super smooth, way better than the last one I installed which was the sweedish (branded) version.
I was scared of odin updating initially but now after a few installs it is easy peasy. (with no wipe to the phone data)
 
The last info i read regarding unbranded phones getting JB was.. It would be available early Nov.. Samsung are taking the P**s..:mad:
the main reason for me getting an unbranded phone is so i didn`t have to wait months before Orange would eventually approve their nasty messed with firmware..! it now seems i will have to wait. (at least it wont be orange crap when i eventually get it)

Where as its not so bad with other carriers, Orange updates are REALLY bad so avoiding that is a good thing, even if you have to wait until march.

Orange are also the slowest of all carriers to get updates out..
 
Had orange HTC hero. They naffed it up so badly you had to root and custom rom it just to accept the unlock code.
 
They are now arriving so won't be long.

I couldn't wait and have been running JB for about a month. First with a leaked beta and now with the 3.uk ROM.

All good!

As soon as UK unbranded is out will flash that.
