Anyone upload photos using facebook?

Hey all, Some how, when I upload photos onto my facebook, it displays me an erorr "Cannot find /sd/bla bla".. then my photo gets deleted?? However, it still gets upload onto facebook though... Just my photo is deleted from my phone .. Anyone else had this problem before?

i'm 99% sure i have read this problem before in this forum but it has never happened to me. mine upload fine and still display on my phone

I think I've found out what the problem was, it's when I take a picture with the camera, then by opening the picture with "Astro"... then when I use astro to "Share" my photos (facebook) then it deletes, it does it with whatsapp too, when I use astro to share with whatsapp, it delets the photo!
