Anyone used a Droidax battery case?

Has anyone used a Droidax battery case before? I'm curious to know opinions.

I've already had one which I had to send back, when plugged in it was allowing the phone to charge but didn't charge itself.

The company tested it and couldn't find any problems so they're sending me a new one.

Anyone else had this with a Droidax (or any battery case)?

Could it be because my phone is drawing so much power, maybe due to the number of apps running, that it never really registers full?
