Help Anyone Using Stock Mail App to Access Exchange?

So for I love the thing but the stock email app (Although VERY nice looking) wont display all of my folders. I might be missing a setting but Enhanced Email shows all of the folders with no special settings. I would like to use the stock email app because its very clean but I really need access to all of my folders.

I'm using Exchange online (2008)

Any suggestions?

I've been messing with it a bit more and the weird part is it shows 2 folders under the inbox (So far very random order)... That are about in the middle of my folder list.
