Anyone's EPIC have battle scars yet?

I was coming home from a UFL football game tonight and in an extremely rare case of butter fingers, my Epic slipped out and fell onto the concrete. There are some battle scars on the upper right hand corner of the phone and on the perimeter around the screen, but the screen itself seems to be scratch free.

I'm within 30 days and I guess I could take it back, but that isn't ethical.

I dropped it twice, but it has not battle scars because I had it inside a snap-on carrying case. I was suprised because some of the edges are still exposed on that case. Guess I got lucky.
