Anyone's Gmail just change in the last few hours?

I swear something just changed on my gmail account on my Sprint Hero. Have you always had to click the arrows to reply or reply to all within the actual email (like gmail on your desktop)? I thought the app had reply buttons built in on the screen. I may be crazy but I think that changed at the same time I was having issues with my Google chat. Maybe I'm just crazy.

I think you are going crazy! This is what I've always had to do on my HTC Magic

Yeah I think I am crazy. I did have some weirdness going on with the Google Chat - had about 3 hours worth of messages get backed up and then show up at one time. That and the battery drain problem are making me nuts.
