Blackmoon AttachSave is the one I use and quite honestly not sure there is any more out there that is worth it or do what it does. It is an awesome program. Period. You hit the preview button and the "launcher" version and perhaps lite (I can't remember as I bought the app after using lite for 5 minutes) and it gives you the option to save it (and better yet, where to save it).
Their is a free version and a "gopher" version. I promise if you get the paid one, it's the best thing you can get for gmail.
There is another one called Save My Attach. I have no experience with it, but it is also free. Has high ratings, but am unsure of how well it works, but that gives you another option at least.
Alternatively, just go to gmail from the browser. Stinks that the app sometimes makes it difficult, but this browser workaround gets the job done (N.B. - sometimes you have to view the full gmail web page, not just the mobile version).
