I know you can use a wiimote on an s3, but I haven't seen anyway to connect one on an s4. Also is there anyway to connect a ps3/ps4 controller wirelessly?

If you are rooted you can use SixAxis https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dancingpixelstudios.sixaxiscontroller to connect a PS3 controller - it works very well.
There is an app in the Play store that used to work with older versions of Android to connect the Wiimote but it's rather out of date and doesn't seem to work with Jelly Bean or later.
