There is really no way of knowing without knowing every single 3rd party app you have installed, and even then there are so many apps available that it would be difficult to know.

My guess is start with the ones that seem they might have a need to that access, maybe a security focused or media app.

I'm going to let the phone work for me. When an app wants access to something, it will let me know. Then I can check it one at a time.
