Hopefully these instructions work, I found them on this post:
Setting up email on LG my touch | T-Mobile Support
To set up an email account in the email client, follow these steps:
From any Home screen, touch the Applications icon.
Touch Email. Note: If you have already setup another email account, view the accounts list (if necessary, touch the Back key) then touch the Menu key > touch Add account.
Touch AOL (or other)
Enter your email address and password.
Touch Next.
If desired, change the account display name and/or your name.
Touch Done.
If these do not work for your device please repost back to this forum!

Just put the CD in the drive, and that should install everything, including AOL mail.
