Help AOL Mail does not stop refreshing

[HSB]

haven't called Sprint on this yet. but many times when i open my aol account and i refresh, it doesn't not stop refreshing. the only way i can seem to stop it is to power down. i don't want to keep doing that every day.

is there a solution that anyone knows? when it is working correctly, it refreshes and then stops. it's been refreshing now for over an hour. i don't know if there email in the inbox because of this.

thanks.

Mine does the same thing, on ocassion, not every time. I check my mail on the average 5 to 6 times a day. Sometimes when it happens just closing out of e-mail and going back a few minutes later it is fine. Some times I have to power down to fix it.
