This is coupled with a few hours playing music on the phone and 15m~ of calls. I've gone through the CM7 craze and have never even gotten above roughly 4 1/2 hrs if I played zero music, CM7 or not.
If you actually use your phone a lot for entertainment purposes, and thus your screen will be on a lot, Apex is worth a shot.
