Is it safe to download apk apps or non market apps from stores like blackmarket etc.
 
Hello and welcome to Android Forums! :)

If you download apps from anywhere other than trusted sources (Google Play/direct from a developers site), you run the risk of that the app has malicious code in it.

Apps aren't generally expensive - support Devs, pay for apps!
