APK Failure

[Android Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S III. I'm trying to install an .apk onto BlueStacks but it continuously comes up with the following; "Apk Installation failed: INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_INCONSISTENT_CERTIFICATES

Download the apk file again. If it still fails, it's probably not written to run under that version of Android.
