Help APK for purchased app refuses to install

I purchased the latest version of IM+ Pro 4.0.3 from Shape Services and downloaded the APK file to the root of my SD card. However, when I attempt to install it, it aborts the installation, saying simply, "File not installed".

I downloaded another APK to my SD card and was able to successfully install the app, so I know the problem isn't with my phone or card.

Can someone tell me what is going on?

It might not be compatible with Gingerbread. Try SBF'ing back to 2.3.2 and give it a go.

The solution turned out to be to download the Market Fixer app, run it and reboot. The app now shows up in the Market.
